Commentary: The setting for this print is reminiscent of the vestibule staircase at the Talleres Gráficos de la Nación, where Nuestra Ciudad was printed. The staircase was later the site of a collaborative mural painted by Méndez together with fellow LEAR members Pablo O'Higgins, Alfredo Zalce, and Fernando Gamboa. (Peter Schneider)
